What is included, which model suits you and what you still need before using the booth.
What is included with the basic booth?+
You receive the wooden booth, solid oak tripod and touchscreen. Compact has a 13.3-inch screen; Classic has a 15.6-inch screen. The camera, computer, flash, printer, photobooth software and shipping are not included unless you select them or your quote says otherwise.
What do I get when I choose installed electronics?+
Oaklenz installs a mini computer, Canon EOS R100 camera, Godox flash and the necessary cables inside the booth. The printer and photobooth software are still separate.
Can I use the booth immediately after delivery?+
Not yet. You must install your photobooth software, connect your printer if you offer prints and test everything once. If you choose the basic booth, you must also install your own camera, computer and light.
Which model should I choose?+
Choose Compact when you want a smaller booth that is easier to transport. Choose Classic when you want a larger screen or want to place a larger printer inside the booth.
Which printers fit inside?+
Compact fits a DNP QW410 or Citizen CZ-01. Classic also fits the larger DNP DS620 and Citizen CX-02. Tell us which printer and photobooth software you use so we can check the combination.
Can I use equipment I already own?+
Often, yes. Send Oaklenz the exact camera, printer, computer and photobooth software you have. Oaklenz will check whether they fit and can be connected correctly.
Is the photobooth software included?+
No. You choose and pay for the photobooth software separately. The app controls the photos, screen flow, layouts and printing.
How does the quote process work?+
Configure a product, add it to your quote and enter your business details and delivery country. No payment is taken online. Oaklenz reviews the request and confirms the configuration, shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
How long does production take?+
Production starts after full payment and approval of the final configuration. Production normally takes around two weeks; your quote confirms the estimated schedule. Transit time depends on the destination and carrier.
Can I add my company logo?+
Yes. Custom laser marking is available as a separate option for Classic, Compact and Pixa. The final artwork, size and placement are confirmed before production.
Do you ship internationally?+
Shipping costs are confirmed in your quote. Any import duties, import taxes and local charges are payable by the recipient.

Oaklenz provides direct support for questions about your Oaklenz setup. Include your booth model, order reference and a clear description; a photo or short video can help us understand the issue.
