Meet the maker behind Oaklenz
I’m Kenneth, the founder of Oaklenz. With a background in electromechanics and woodworking, I’m involved in every part of the business, from designing and building the photobooths to helping customers.
My own photobooth rental business gave me first-hand experience of transporting equipment, setting up at venues and keeping a booth practical to use during an event.
Built around the realities of rental
Oaklenz grew out of our own photobooth rental business. Setting up several booths in a day meant working under time pressure. We wanted a booth that was quick to set up, dependable and easy for guests to use.
The aim was simple: deliver, set up and collect after the event. Making that process more efficient helped the rental business grow.
That practical experience continues to shape every Oaklenz design.

Finishing
The wooden finish gives the booth its character. This part of the work focuses on the surfaces and details guests see and touch at an event.
Final checks
If you choose installed electronics, we fit and test the camera, computer, flash and cables before delivery. You still set up and test your own photobooth software and printer.
